I picked these today from garden bed. Don’t know what they are or what to dk with them.

  1. Hot sauce, salsa, dried pepper for adding to meals, jam, all sorts of things actually. Depends on what you would like to try.

    The green ones will ripen on the counter. You can dry all of them with a food dehydrator and make a hot chili powder. I like to use my dry powders in chili con carne. My wife makes a cheesball for the holidays, and we put some hot powder in it to counter the cheese. Deviled eggs with hot powder. Butternut squash soup with powder. Jamaican jerk chicken… the list goes on.

  3. Eat them fresh as long as you can, then dry them, sauce them or freeze them.
